يعالج هذا المقال قضية المسؤلية الطبية لدى الطبيب من خلال أربعة مباحث رئيسية: المسؤولية الطبية عند القدماء، ضمان الطبيب في الأحاديث النبوية والفقه الإسلامي، المسؤولية المهنية، المسؤولية في إجراء الأبحاث الطبية والصيدلانية.
Abstract Translated
This article examines the issue of physician’s medical liability. The article is divided into four main sections, namely medical liability in ancient civilizations, medical liability in prophetic traditions and Islamic jurisprudence, professional liability, and liability in conducing medical and pharmaceutical research.
