يبدأ هذا البحث بشرح عدد من المصطلحات الرئيسية ذات الصلة بقضية التأمين الصحي وأنواعه المختلفة ثم يستعرض المؤلف الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بكل نوع من هذه الأنواع. ويناقش المؤلف كذلك حكم الاشتراط مع الطبيب على الشفاء.
