هذا الكتاب عبارة عن دراسة لرصد وتحليل مقومات السعادة الزوجية كما يدركها الشباب من الجنسين الكويتيين المتزوجين منهم. المقاييس الثلاثة المتناولة في هذه الدراسة هي الثقة والإطمئنان النفسي، التقبل والترابط النفسي والتوافق الجنسي. يبدأ الكتاب بعرض مشكلة الدراسة ومنهجيتها. ثم يعرض الكتاب نتائج الدراسة للمقاييس الثلاثة المتناولة في هذه الدراسة.

This book is a study to monitor and analyze the components of marital happiness as perceived by married Kuwaiti youth, both males and females. The three components dealt with in this study are trust and psychological reassurance, psychological acceptance and bonding, and sexual compatibility. The book begins with explaining the limitations of the study and its methodology. The book then presents the results of the study of the three components dealt with in the study.
