يبدأ هذا البحث بشرح عدد من المصطلحات المحورية مثل التأمين والتأمين الصحي من الناحية اللغوية والاصطلاحية. ثم يستعرض المؤلف الأنواع المختلفة للتأمين الصحي والأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بكل نوع. وفي ختام البحث يناقش المؤلف حكم الاشتراط مع الطبيب على الشفاء.

This paper starts with explaining central terms like insurance and health insurance from a linguistic and technical perspective. Then the author elaborates on the different types of health insurance and the juristic rulings pertaining to each type. At the end of the paper, the author discusses the (im)permissibility of stipulating healing from the physician.
