يتناول هذا الكتاب موضوع زواج الأقارب وإنتشاره في دولة الكويت.وهو عبارة عن دراسة عن أسباب هذا النوع من الزواج في دولة الكويت. يتكون من فصلين. الفصل الأول يتناول معايير الإختيار في المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية وزواج الأقارب في الثقافات الغير عربية. الفصل الثاني يناقش المؤثرات الإجتماعية والثقافية المرتبطة بزواج الأقارب. يحتوي هذا الفصل على منهجية الدراسة والمعالجة الإحصائية للدراسة.
Abstract Translated
This book deals with the subject of consanguineous marriage and its ratio in Kuwait. It is a study on the reasons behind this type of marriage in Kuwait. It consists of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the selection criteria in Arab and Muslim societies, and consanguineous marriage in non-Arab cultures. The second chapter discusses the societal and cultural effects related to consanguineous marriage. This chapter contains the methodology of the study and the statistical treatment of the study.
