Abstract
يتكون هذا الكتاب من ستة فصول. الفصل الأول عبارة عن مقدمة للمخاوف ومفهومه في علم النفس، بالإضافة إلى الأعراض السلوكية الظاهرية، الفسيولوجية والمعرفية والمشاعر الداخلية للخوف وقياس المخاوف. الفصل الثاني يحدد أهداف الدراسة وأهميتها. الفصل الثالث يناقش الدراسات السابقة التي أجريت عن موضوع المخاوف. الفصل الرابع يتناول خطة التحليلات الإحصائية والفصل الخامس والسادس يناقشان نتائج البحث.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to phobias and its concept in psychology, in addition to the external behavioral symptoms, physiological and cognitive symptoms and inner feelings of fear and measuring it. The second chapter determines the objectives of the study and its importance. The third chapter discusses previous studies that have been carried out on the subject of phobias. The fourth chapter deals with the plan for statistical analysis and the fifth and sixth chapters discuss the results of the study.
