يناقش الكتاب مجموعة مختلفة من القضايا الفقهية الطبية والإقتصادية والسياسية، والثقافية، و يتكون من فصلين. يتناول الفصل الأول خصائص التشريع الإسلامي وصلاحيته، بالإضافة إلى حقيقة وأهمية القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة وأنواعها. ثم يناقش موضوع الإجتهاد وطريقة الإجتهاد والإجتهاد الجماعي في الإسلام، بالإضافة إلى مصادر القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة. ويتناول الفصل الثاني قضايا مختلفة، بعضها متعلق بالأخلاقيات الحيوية مثل التبرع بالأعضاء، الإجهاض، والإستنساخ وقتل الرحمة والأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بها.
Abstract Translated
This book discusses a number of different jurisprudential, medical, economic, political, and cultural topics. It consists of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of Islamic legislation and its validity, in addition to the truth and importance of the contemporary jurisprudential issues and its types. It also discusses the subject of Ijithad (reasoning) and the methods of Ijtihad and collective ijtihad in Islam, in addition to the sources of contemporary jurisprudential issues. The second chapter deals with different issues, some of them are relevant to bioethics such as organ donation, abortion, cloning, euthanasia.
