This book deals with the issue of human trafficking from a legal perspective, and it consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses combatting human trafficking in international law, the conventions concerned with slavery and slave trade, human trafficking for the purposes of sexual exploitation, the United Nations conventions for combatting organized crime, and the protocols for punishing and preventing human trafficking especially women and children. The second chapter in this book discusses protecting the victims of human trafficking, and the position of national legislation and the United Nations towards this subject. The third chapter discusses the position of UAE legislation towards combatting human trafficking.
