يتناول هذا الكتاب موضوع التدخين والأمور الفقهية المتعلقة به، ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي وستة فصول. يعرف الفصل التمهيدي التدخين ونشأته التاريخية، كما يناقش أيضا أضرار التدخين على المدخن والبيئة، والموقف الحكومي من التدخين. يناقش الفصل الأول أحكام التدخين في العبادات مثل الأذان والإمامة في الصلوات الخمسة، وصلاة الجمعة والأعياد، والصيام والحج بمال تجار الدخان. و يبحث الفصل الثاني في الأحكام المتعلقة بالمعاملات مثل بيع الدخان وشراؤه، والتعامل بأسهم شركات التبغ. و يتناول الفصل الثالث الأحكام المتعلقة بفقه الأسرة مثل زواج المدخن بغير مدخنة والعكس، أضرار التدخين على الأسرة والأطفال والمرأة الحامل وجنينها، وفسخ النكاح بسبب التدخين. يناقش الفصل الرابع أثر التدخين على الشهادات والإيمان. و يناقش الفصل الخامس أثر التدخين على الحدود. ويناقش الفصل السادس و الأخير في هذا الكتاب أحكام التدخين في القضاء مثل أحكام القاضي المدخن وتحكيم المدخن وطلب التعويض لمن تضرر بسبب التدخين.
Abstract Translated
This book deals with the subject of smoking and the jurisprudential issues related to it. It consists of a preliminary chapter and six chapters. The preliminary chapter defines smoking and its historical development, discusses the adverse effects of smoking on the smoker and the environment, and the government position towards smoking. The first chapter discusses the rulings of smoking in worship, such as the call for prayer, leadership in the five prayers, Friday and Eid prayers, fasting and performing pilgrimage using the money of tobacco dealers. The second chapter searches into the rulings related to transactions such as buying and selling tobacco and dealing with shares in tobacco companies. The third chapter deals with the rulings related to the jurisprudence of families, such as a smoker marrying a non-smoker and vice versa; the adverse effects of smoking on the family, children, pregnant women and fetuses; and divorce due to smoking. The fourth chapter discusses the effects of smoking on testimonies and faith. The fifth chapter discusses the effect of smoking on punishment. The sixth and final chapter of this book discusses the rulings of smoking in court, such as the rulings of a smoking judge, adjudicating a smoker and requests for compensation for those harmed by smoking.
