يناقش هذا الكتاب حقوق الطفل في ثلاثة أبواب. الباب الأول يبحث في موضوع حقوق الجنين قبل الولادة. يناقش هذا الباب الحق في حسن إختيار الأبوين ووجود رابطة زوجية، بالإضافة إلى إلتزام الأم في فترة الحمل وتحريم إجهاض الأجنة. الباب الثاني يبحث في حقوق الأطفال بعد الولادة حتى سن التمييز، ومن هذه الحقوق حسن إستقبال المولود وحسن تسميته، حق الطفل في النسب والرضاعة والحضانة. الباب الثالث يتناول حقوق الطفل بعد سن التمييز ومن هذه الحقوق حق التعليم والرعاية الإجتماعية والخلقية وبعض الحقوق المتعلقة بمحاكمة الأطفال.
Abstract Translated
This book discusses children’s rights in three sections. The first section explores the subject of fetuses’ rights before birth. It discusses the right to good parenting, the existence of a marital bond, in addition to the commitment of the mother during pregnancy and forbidding the abortion of fetuses. The second section explores children’s rights after birth until the age of puberty, and these rights include a positive reception for the newborn and naming it appropriately, the right of the child for paternity, breast feeding and care. The third section deals with the rights of children after the age of puberty and amongst these rights are the right to education, societal and ethical welfare and some rights related to the trial of children.
