يتناول هذا الكتاب موضوع فتق غشاء البكارة لأسباب متعددة والأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة برتق غشاء البكارة. يتكون الكتاب من أربعة مباحث. المبحث الأول يعرف غشاء البكارة وأنواعه والأسباب المؤدية إلى تهتكه. المبحث الثاني يتناول موضوع رتق غشاء البكارة المتهتك بسبب إرادي مثل الزنا أو النكاح الصحيح. المبحث الثالث يناقش رتق غشاء البكارة المتهتك بسبب لا إرادي مثل الإغتصاب أو بسبب غير الجماع. المبحث الرابع والأخير يناقش أثر تخلف وصف البكارة وموقف الطبيب من الحالات التي تعرض عليه.
Abstract Translated
This book deals with the subject of hymen laceration and its causes and the sharia-based rulings related to hymen reconstruction. The book consists of four research sections. The first research section defines the hymen and its types, and the causes leading to its laceration. The second research section deals with the subject of reconstructing the hymen that has been lacerated for voluntary reasons such as fornication or legitimate marriage. The third research section discusses reconstructing the hymen that has been lacerated for involuntary reasons such as rape or other non-sexual factors. The fourth and final research section discusses the impact of the loss of virginity on the marriage contract and the physician’s attitude towards the cases that are presented to him.
