يتكون الكتاب من أربعة فصول. الفصل الأول يناقش المبررات الشرعية والشروط لنقل أعضاء من جسم حي إلى جسم أخر ومدى جواز تطبيق نقل وزراعة الأعضاء. الفصل الثاني يتناول الرأي المعارض لنقل وزراعة الأعضاء وبعض الردود على هذه الأرآء. الفصل الثالث يتناول مشروعية وشروط نقل الأعضاء من جثث المتوفيين للجسم الحي. الفصل الرابع يركز على القانون المصري ورأيه في نقل وزراعة الأعضاء وأرآء المعارضين والمؤيدين.
Abstract Translated
The book consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the sharia-based justifications and the conditions for transferring organs from one living body to another body, and the extent to which it is permissible to apply organ transfer and transplantation. The second chapter discusses the opinions opposing transferring and transplanting organs, and some of the responses to this view. The third chapter deals with the legitimacy of and conditions for transferring organs from cadavers to living bodies. The fourth chapter focuses on Egyptian law and its position on transferring and transplanting organs, and the opinions of opponents and supporters.
