Abstract Translated
This book consists of an introduction and two chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept and types of medical experimentation on humans. It also discusses the sanctity and inviolability of the human body, and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki Charter. It also deals with the medical consent in Islamic Sharia and the conditions for medical scientific experimental research. The second chapter discusses the sharia-based, ethical and legal rulings for carrying out medical experimentations on humans. Amongst these experiments are genetic engineering, stem cell research and medical experimentations on fetuses. It also discusses the position of Arab legislation on medical experimentations on humans, especially in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Algeria.
