يتناول الكتاب موضوع الجرائم ضد الأجنة في الإسلام وأحكامها الفقهية. ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي عن معنى الجناية، والجنين، ومراحل تطوره. كما يحتوي على فصلين. يتناول الفصل الأول موضوع الجناية على الجنين، وحكم إجهاض الحمل الشرعي والغير شرعي، وحالات إباحة الإجهاض الضروري. ويناقش الفصل الثاني الأثار المترتبة على فعل الجاني، وانفصال الجنين عن أمه في حالات مختلفة، بالإضافة إلى حرمان قاتل الجنين من الميراث، ودية الجنين.

This book deals with the topic of crimes against fetuses in Islam and their jurisprudential rulings. It consists of a preliminary chapter about the meaning of crime, fetuses and the stages of fetal development. In addition, it includes two chapters. The first chapter deals with the issues of crime on the fetus, the ruling of aborting fetuses conceived from legitimate and illegitimate relationships, and the cases to legalize necessary abortion. The second chapter discusses the implications of the perpetrator’s actions, the separation of the fetus from its mother in different cases, depriving the fetus’s killer from inheritance and the blood money of the fetus.
