يتناول هذا الكتاب موضوع الإتجار بالبشر والنظام القانوني والمحاولات الدولية لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة. يتكون الكتاب من ستة فصول. الفصل الأول يبحث التطور التاريخي لهذه الظاهرة. الفصل الثاني يناقش ماهية الإتجار بالبشر، خصائصها وعناصرها ودوافع وآثار إنتشارها. الفصل الثالث يتناول جرائم الإتجار بالبشر والركن المادي والمعنوي من هذه الظاهرة. الفصل الرابع يتناول القواعد الموضوعية لقانون مكافحة الإتجار بالبشر. الفصل الخامس يتناول الحماية القانونية للشاهد والمجني عليه، والسادس يناقش التعاون الوطني والدولي في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة.
Abstract Translated
This book deals with the subject of human trafficking, the legal system and international efforts to combat this phenomenon. The book consists of six chapters. The first examines the historical developments of this phenomenon. The second chapter discusses the essence of human trafficking, its elements and characteristics, the motives behind it and its effects. The third chapter discusses the crime of human trafficking and the material and immaterial aspects of this phenomenon. The fourth chapter discusses the substantive rules for the law of combatting human trafficking. The fifth discusses the legal protection for witness and victims, and the sixth discusses the national and international cooperation in combatting this phenomenon.
