يتناول الكتاب موضوع التوائم السيامية الملتصقة وأحكام فصلهم عن طريق الجراحة ويتكون من ثلاثة فصول. يحتوي الفصل الأول على تعريف الجراحة والتوائم الملتصقة وأنواعها وأسباب إلتصاقها. الفصل الثاني يناقش أحكام فصل التوائم الملتصقة ومبررات الجراحة، بالإضافة إلى خمسة آراء فقهية في حكم التداوي من الأمراض. الفصل الثالث يتناول الضوابط الفقهية لفصل التوائم الملتصقة.
Abstract Translated
This book discusses the subject of Siamese (conjoined) twins and the rules for surgically separating them. It consists of three chapters. The first contains definitions of surgery, Siamese twins, their types and the reasons behind their conjoinment. The second chapter discusses the rules for separating conjoined twins and the justification for surgery, in addition to five jurisprudential regulations about medical treatment. The third chapter deals with the jurisprudent limits for separating conjoined twins.
