يتكون الكتاب من فصلين. الفصل الأول يعالج التعريف بالتجارب الطبية على الإنسان وأنواعها, وأهميتها في تطوير الأبحاث العلمية والتجريبية في مجالات الطب والجراحة وعلم الأحياء. يناقش أيضا مشروعية العمل الطبي في إطار مبدأ معصومية جسم الإنسان. الفصل الثاني يبحث موضوع الضوابط الشرعية والقانونية لإجراء التجارب الطبية والعلمية على الإنسان بالإضافة الى موقف التشريعات العربية من التجارب الطبية على الإنسان مع التركيز على القانون الجزائري.
Abstract Translated
This book consists of two chapters. The first chapter addresses the definition of medical experimentation on humans and its types, and its importance in the development of scientific and experimental research in the fields of medicine, surgery and biology. It also discusses the legitimacy of the physician's work in the scope of the inviolability of the human body. The second chapter discusses the subject of the legal and sharia-based regulations on conducting scientific and medical experimentation on humans, in addition to the position of Arab legislations in relation to medical experimentations on humans, focusing on Algerian law.
