ينقسم هذا المقال إلى جزأين رئيسيين. يناقش الجزء الأول 'سر المهنة' عددا من الموضوعات المختلفة من بينها الجوانب الأخلاقية المتعلقة بخصوصية المريض ومداواة الرجل للمرأة والعكس وواجبات الطبيب في الحرب والسلم. ويشير الجزء الثاني 'مسؤولية الطبيب' إلى عدد من القضايا المتعلقة بضمان الطبيب لما يرتكبه من أخطاء طبية.

This article is divided into two parts. The first part, on 'confidentiality,' discusses different topics such as the ethical aspects related to the patient’s privacy, the cross-gender relationship in the medical sector and the ethics of the physician during war and peace. The second part, 'the responsibility of the physician,' makes references to a number of issues related to the liability of the physician for making medical errors.
