يتناول الكتاب حق السلامة في جسم المتهم مع التركيز على التشريعات العربية ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول التطور التاريخي للحق في سلامة الجسم بالنسبة للمتهم بالضافة الى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية: ماهية الحق في سلامة الجسم؛ ضمانات المتهم المتعلقة بسلامة جسمه في مرحلتي التحقيق الابتدائي والمحاكمة؛ والحماية القانونية لحق المتهم في سلامة جسمه.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the right to bodily integrity of accused persons with a special focus on Arab world legislation. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the historical development of the right to bodily integrity of accused persons, and three main chapters: the reality of the right to bodily safety; guarantees of the right to bodily safety during initial investigation and during trial; and legal protection of the right to bodily safety of the accused persons.
