تم تقديم هذا البحث إلى المؤتمر العالمي الثالث عن الطب الإسلامي المنعقد في الكويت خلال الفترة 28 سبتمبر – 2 أكتوبر 1984. تحدث البحث عن المرض المكتشف حديثا والمعروف باسم الإيدز وأشار إلى أن هذا المرض منتشر بين الشواذ جنسيا وأولئك الذين يمارسون الجنس مع عدة أشخاص. وقد أشار البحث إلى الأحاديث النبوية التي تحرم مثل هذه الممارسات الجنسية الغير مشروعة وخلص إلى القول بأن أفضل وسيلة لمكافحة الإيدز هي التشجيع على الزواج وما يتصل به من أخلاقيات إسلامية متعلقة بممارسة الجنس.

Abstract Translated

This paper was presented to the third international conference on Islamic medicine held in Kuwait during the period 28 September-2 October 1984. The paper spoke about the newly discovered disease known as AIDS and argued that this disease is prevalent among homosexuals and people who have multiple sexual partners. Reference was made to prophetic traditions which forbid such illicit sexual practices and concluded that the best way to combat AIDS is to promote marriage and other related Islamic sexual ethics.
