يتناول الكتاب عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء البشرية في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون المقارن مع التركيز على التشريعات العربية ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول حماية جسم الإنسان في الشريعة والقانون بالإضافة إلى بابين رئيسيين: نقل الأعضاء من جسم إنسان حي؛ ونقل الأعضاء من جثث الموتى.

The book discusses the transfer and transplantation of human organs in Islamic jurisprudence and comparative law with a special focus on Arab world legislation. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the protection of the human body and two main chapters: living organ donation; and cadaveric organ donation.
