يتناول الكتاب المشاكل القانونية الناجمة عن تكنولوجيا الإنجاب الجديدة في القانون المقارن والفقه الاسلامي مع التركيز على الوضع في العراق ويتكون من قسمين رئيسيين: موقف القانون والشريعة من طرق المساعدة الطبية الاعتيادية على الانجاب؛ وموقف الشريعة والقانون من طرق المساعدة الطبية غير العادية على الانجاب.

The book discusses the legal problems resulting from new reproductive technologies in comparative law and Islamic jurisprudence with a particular focus on Iraqi law. It consists of two main parts: the attitude of law and sharia regarding ordinary assisted reproductive methods; and the attitude of law and sharia regarding extraordinary assisted reproductive methods.
