يتناول الكتاب الحماية القانونية لحقوق المعاقين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون المقارن مع التركيز على التشريعات العربية ويتكون من أربعة فصول رئيسية: ماهية المعاق والاحتياجات الخاصة؛ حماية حقوق المعاقين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء أحكام الشريعة الاسلامية؛ حماية حقوق المعاقين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المواثيق الدولية والعربية.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the legal protection of the rights of the disabled with special needs under Islamic jurisprudence and comparative law with a special focus on Arab legislations. It consists of four main chapters: definition of the disabled and of special needs; protection of the rights of the disabled with special needs under Islamic sharia; protection of the rights of the disabled with special needs under international and Arab treaties; and protection of the rights of the disabled with special needs under Arab legislation.
