Abstract Translated

The book discusses the concept of necessity and its impact on criminal liability under Islamic jurisprudence and comparative law with a special focus on Arab legislation. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the concept of necessity, and four main chapters: source of legality for invoking the principle of necessity; pillars of necessity and its conditions; implications of necessity; and important examples for the application of necessity in the medical field.
