Abstract Translated
The book deals with criminal expertise in forensic medicine from the legal perspective with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of two main parts: expertise in criminal questions; and legislative and judicial texts on this issue. The first part forms the major part of the book and it consists of three main chapters: expertise from the legal perspective; criminal expertise questions; and technical criminal investigation.
