يتناول الكتاب أحكام النسب في الشريعة الاسلامية ويتكون من باب تمهيدي، حول التعريف بالنسب ونظرة الأمم السابقة على الاسلام إلى النسب وكذلك عناية الاسلام بالنسب وصيانته له، وثلاثة أبواب رئيسية: ثبوت النسب بالفراش مع بيان أثر التقنية الطبية الحديثة في مجال الإنجاب على موضوع النسب؛ ثبوت النسب بغير الفراش؛ و نفي النسب وما يترتب عليه.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the sharia-based rulings pertaining to lineage. It consists of a preliminary chapter - on the definition of lineage, its treatment before Islam, and the special attention that Islam shows towards it - and three main chapters: establishment of lineage through legal relationship and the impact of new reproductive technologies on lineage; other methods for the establishment of lineage; and negation of lineage and its consequences.
