يتناول الكتاب النظرية العامة للحق في سلامة الجسم من وجهة نظر الفقه الإسلامي والقانون المقارن مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من باب تمهيدي حول الإعتداء على سلامة الجسم كظاهرة اجرامية بالإضافة إلى جزئين رئيسيين: الحق في سلامة الجسم؛ و اطار الحماية الجنائية للحق في سلامة الجسم. يتكون الجزء الأول من بابين رئيسيين: الماهية القانونية للحق في سلامة الجسم؛ و الحماية المقررة لعناصر الحق في سلامة الجسم. ويتكون الجزء الثاني من باين رئيسيين: الحماية التشريعية للحق في سلامة الجسم؛ وإباحة المساس بالحق في سلامة الجسم.
Abstract Translated
The book deals with the general theory of the right to bodily integrity from the perspectives of Islamic jurisprudence and comparative law with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on violation of the right to bodily integrity, as a criminal phenomenon and two main parts: the right to bodily integrity; and the scope of criminal protection to the right to bodily integrity. The first part consists of two main chapters: legal definition of the right to bodily integrity; and decreed protection to the right to bodily integrity. The second part consists of two main chapters: legislative protection of the right to bodily integrity; and permission to infringe the right to bodily integrity.
