يتناول الكتاب موضوع الاتجار بالأعضاء البشرية بين الواقع والقانون مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من ثلاثة أبواب رئيسية: مدى سلطة الإنسان على جسده في ضوء تكريمه وحمايته؛ زراعة الأعضاء والإتجار بها في ميزان الشرعية القانونية؛ والمقومات الأساسية لظاهرة الإتجار بالأعضاء البشرية والمظاهر المختلفة لمكافحتها.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses human organ trafficking between law and reality with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of three main chapters: extent of one’s authority over one's own body in light of man’s honoring and protection; organ transplantation and trafficking in the view of legal sanction; and basic elements of the human organ trafficking phenomenon and different methods for countering it.
