يتناول الكتاب موضوع البصمة الوراثية وحجيتها بالمقارنة بين الفقه الاسلامي والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون والقضاء المصري ويتكون من ستة فصول رئيسية: مدة الحمل؛ النسب في الزواج الصحيح؛ النسب من زواج غير صحيح أو دخول بشبهة؛ الإقرار بالنسب والتبني؛ نفي النسب؛ والطرق الحديثة لإثبات النسب.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the authority of DNA fingerprinting according to both Islamic jurisprudence and positive law with a special focus on the Egyptian legal and judicial context. It consists of six main chapters: duration of pregnancy; paternity within a valid marriage; paternity within a legally defective marriage; acknowledgement of paternity and adoption; negation of paternity; and modern methods for the establishment of lineage.
