Abstract Translated
The book discusses the authority of DNA fingerprinting in the establishment of lineage with a special focus on the Iraqi law in comparison with several other Arab countries' legislations. It consists of two main chapters: reality of DNA fingerprinting and its uses; and methods for the establishment of lineage under sharia and law and attitude towards DNA fingerprinting.
