Abstract

يتناول البحث الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بجراحة التجميل من خلال استعراض الآراء الفقهية المتعلقة بموضوعات مثل وصل الشعر وتفليج الأسنان ويتكون من ثلاثة مباحث رئيسية: تجميل الشعر بالوصل والإزالة والجراحة؛ تجميل الجسم بالألوان والعلامات الباقية؛ وتجميل قوام الأعضاء بالجراحة.

Abstract Translated

The article addresses the sharia-based rulings pertaining to cosmetic surgeries by exploring the juristic opinions on issues such as hair augmentation and teeth cleavage. It consists of three main sections: beautification of the hair by extension, removal, or surgery; beautification of the body by dyes and permanent signs; and beautification of body shape by surgery.
