Abstract

يتناول البحث الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالاختبارات الطبية قبل الزواج ويتكون من أربعة مباحث:أهمية الموضوع والحاجة إليه؛ مفهوم الثقافة الطبية والثقافة المتعلقة بالفحوصات والاحترازات الوقائية قبل الزواج؛ حث الإسلام على الثقافة المتعلقة بالفحوصات الطبية قبل الزواج؛ والحقول والمجالات المؤثرة التي تساعد على تبني مشروعات الفحص الطبي والإجراءات اللازمة قبل الزواج.

Abstract Translated

The article discusses the permissibility of premarital testing from the Islamic legal perspective. It consists of four sections: the importance of and need for this topic; the concept of medical education and premarital precautionary measures; Islam's endorsement of premarital testing; and ways and procedures facilitating the implementation of premarital tests.
