يتناول البحث الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بأجر الطبيب ويتكون من ثلاثة مباحث: التكييف الفقهي لأجر الطبيب؛ مشروعية أجر الطبيب؛ و مشروعية تحديد أجر الطبيب.

Abstract Translated

The article discusses the sharia-based rulings pertaining to the permissibility of charging physician's fees. It consists of three main sections: the juristic adjustment for the physician's fee; the permissibility of charging the physician's fee; and the permissibility of specifying the physician's fee.
