Abstract Translated
The book discusses the the general theory of medical liability and compensation claims based on in civil legislations with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter on medical liability under Islamic sharia and four main chapters: nature of medical work and medical liability; nature and purport of the medical responsibility; pillars of medical liability; and the medical liability claim.
