The book discusses the positive as well as the sharia-based legislation regarding AIDS. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the definition of sickness and sharia rulings regarding seeking medication and two main chapters: reality of AIDS and methods of its transmission, and the consequences of the AIDS infection.
