The book consists of a preliminary chapter on the definition of DNA fingerprinting and three main chapters: legal and sharia-based adjustment of DNA fingerprinting; establishment of paternity in Islamic jurisprudence and positive law and the place of DNA fingerprinting under each of them; negation of paternity in Islamic jurisprudence and positive law and the place of DNA fingerprinting under each of them.
