يتناول الكتاب الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة ببنوك لبن الرضاع ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول معنى الرضاع وأدلة التحريم به وحكمته بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة فصول رئيسية تحت العناوين التالية: أهمية الرضاع الطبيعي من المرأة من التاحيتين الطبية والشرعية؛ حكم التصرفات التي تقع على لبن الرضاع عند الفقهاء؛ وحقيقة بنوك الرضاع ومدى شرعية الإنتفاع بها في الرضاع.

The book deals with the sharia-based rules pertaining to milk banks. It consists of a preliminary chapter on nursing in Islamic law and three main chapters: importance of natural nursing from both medical and jurisprudential perspectives; rules concerning breast milk; reality of milk banks and permissibility of using them for nursing.
