يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة حول موضوع الإنجاب في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري والفرنسي ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول طبيعة الإنجاب بالإضافة إلى ثلاثة فصول تحت العناوين التالية: رفض الإنجاب؛ الإنجاب بصورة غير طبيعية؛ وتعديل الصفات الوراثية في الجنين.
Abstract Translated
The book comprises a comparative study of reproductive issues in sharia and positive law with a special focus on the legal systems of Egypt and France. It consists of a preliminary chapter on the nature of reproduction and three main chapters: birth control; reproductive technologies; and genetic enhancement of human embryos.
