يشتمل الكتاب على دراسة مقارنة حول موضوع الحماية الجنائية للحق في سلامة الجسم في القانون الجزائري والمقارن وكذلك في الفقه الإسلامي ويتكون من أربعة أبواب تحت العناوين التالية: مضمون الحق في سلامة الجسم؛ أفعال الإعتداء الماسة بسلامة الجسم؛ أفعال الإباحة الماسة بسلامة الجسم؛ وحماية سلامة الجسم في السياسة الجنائية المعاصرة.

The book comprises a comparative study on the criminal protection of the human body according to Algerian law, comparative law, and also according to Islamic law. It consists of four main chapters: purport of the right to the inviolability of the body; acts involving violation of body inviolability; acts permitting violation of the body inviolability; and protection of body inviolability in contemporary criminal policy.
