Abstract

يناقش البحث ما يجب على الطبيب عمله للتعويض عن الأضرار التي يتسبب بها في عمله لأي سبب من الأسباب، وينقسم البحث إلى أربعة فصول تناقش ماهية ضمان عمل الطبيب المهني، موجبات ضمان الطبيب لعمله المهني ومسقطاته، إثبات موجبات الضمان، ما يجب على الطبيب ضمانه للأسباب المختلفة.

Abstract Translated

The research paper discusses what should the physician do in order to compensate for the damages he causes in his work for any given reason. It is divided into four chapters that discuss the essence of physician compensation for his professional work, the actions that obligate and drops the obligation towards the physician to compensate for the damages he causes in his professional work, proving that the physician needs to compensate for his damages, what the physician should compensate for different cases.
