يحتوي الكتاب على 13 باباً تتناول فتاوى متنوعة على النحو التالي: كتاب الزكاة، فتاوى بعض أنواع العلاجات، فتاوى المعوقين جسديا، فتاوى العقم والإنجاب والتلقيح الصناعي، فتاوى عامة تخص الأطباء والممرضين والمشرفين على المرضى وما يتعلق بعملهم مع مرضاهم ورعاية شؤونهم الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية، فتاوى عامة تختص بمن به لمم في عقله أو خبل، فتاوى علاج الصرع، كتاب أحكام الحج والعمرة للمرضى والمعوقين، كتاب صيام المرضى وأهل الأعذار، فتاوى صيام النساء الحوامل والنفساء والمرضعات والحيض والمستحاضات وغيرهن من أهل الأعذار، فتاوى صيام المسقطات والمعذورات بالنزيف ونحوه، فتاوى صيام العجزة والمسنين، فتاوى عامة.
Abstract Translated
The book includes 13 chapters dealing with different fatwas as follows: the book of zakat, fatwas regarding some types of treatments, fatwas concerning physically disabled persons, fatwas concerning infertility, reproduction, and artificial insemination, general fatwas concerning physicians, nurses, health personnel, and everything related to their work with patients in terms of taking care of their physical health, psychological, and social wellbeing, general fatwas concerning the mentally ill and mentally retarded persons, fatwas concerning treating epilepsy, the book of jurisprudential rulings regarding hajj and ummrah for patients and disabled persons, the book of fasting for patients and people with excuses, fatwas concerning the fasting of pregnant women, women in nifas who are still bleeding after childbirth, women who are breastfeeding, women who are menstruating, women who are suffering from non-menstrual bleeding, and other people of excuses, fatwas concerning fasting for women who suffered miscarriage, women who are suffering from gynecologic hemorrhage, and other related symptoms, fatwas concerning the fasting of the elderly and aging people, and general fatwas.
