Abstract Translated

This book consists of two sections. The first section deals with the rulings pertaining to the marital choice of the fetus’s parents, and the foundations of choosing the husband and wife. This section then deals with the mother’s care for the fetus, such as permitting the breaking of the fast in Ramadan during pregnancy or breast feeding, and postponing the enforcement of stipulated punishments. This section then deals with crime on the fetus, aborting it and its inheritance. The second section of this book deals with the rulings pertaining to breast feeding and the child’s custody, in addition to discussing the child’s rights, guardianship, worship and paternity.
