عرض على اللجنة سؤال عن جواز الإجهاض في حالات مختلفة، منها عندما تكون الأم في حالة خطر أو يكون هناك إحتمال وجود تشوه خلقي بالجنين. أجابت اللجنة بعدم جواز الإجهاض إلا في حالة إنقاذ حياة المرأة بموافقة الزوجين.

The commission was asked a question on the permissibility of abortion in various cases, such as when the mother’s health is in critical condition, or when there is a possibility of congenital disorder of the fetus. The commission replied with the impermissibility of abortion in any case, with the exception of aborting the fetus to save the mother’s life, with consent from the married couple.
