يبدأ هذا البحث بشرح كلمة 'تأمين' من الناحية اللغوية والاصطلاحية ثم يستعرض المؤلف تاريخ التأمين الصحي وأنواعه المختلفة والأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بكل نوع. يناقش المؤلف كذلك حكم الاشتراط مع الطبيب على الشفاء.

This paper starts with explaining the term 'insurance' from a linguistic and technical perspective. Then the author elaborates on the history of (health) insurance and its different types. A significant part of the paper is dedicated to discussing the juristic rulings pertaining to the different types of health insurance. The author also discusses the (im)permissibility of stipulating healing from the physician.
