يتناول كاتب هذا المقال موضوع التأمين الصحي من خلال ثلاثة مباحث رئيسية. في المبحث الأول يشرح أنواع التأمين بشكل عام وفي المبحث الثاني يستعرض أحكام التأمين الصحي بشكل خاص بينما يناقش في المبحث الثالث حكم الاشتراط مع الطبيب على الشفاء أو ما يعرف بالمشارطة على البرء.

In this article, the author addresses the issue of health insurance in three main sections. In the first section, he explains the main types of insurance in general. In the second section, he focuses on the ruling pertaining to health insurance in particular. The final section is dedicated to discussing the (im)permissibility of stipulating healing from the physician.
