Abstract Translated
This article starts with reviewing the various opinions expressed by Muslim religious scholars on medical treatment. The article also discusses different issues related to medical treatment from an Islamic ethical perspective, including informed consent, the liability of the physician and the right of the patient to refuse medical treatment.
