يتناول الكتاب الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالإعتداء على الجنين ووسيلة حمايته بين الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي مع التركيز على القانون المصري ويتكون من فصل تمهيدي حول ماهية الجنين ومظاهر حمايته وأربعة أبواب رئيسية: القواعد العامة في الإجهاض؛ أركان جريمة الإجهاض؛ الإجهاض بين التجريم والإباحة؛ و حماية حق الجنين في النمو الطبيعي.
Abstract Translated
The book discusses the sharia-based rulings pertaining to aggression against the fetus and methods for its protection under both Islamic jurisprudence and positive law with a special focus on the Egyptian law. It consists of a preliminary chapter, on the definition of the fetus and methods for its protection, and four main chapters: general rules on abortion; pillars of the crime of illegal abortion; abortion between criminalization and permissibility; and protection of the fetus's right to natural growth.
