Abstract
Abstract Translated
The article discusses the civil liability of physicians from the practical medical perspective. It compares the American and English systems and recommends limiting the number of medical laws and regulations and also the establishment of a special medical board, which would include a member from the judiciary, for disciplinary purposes. The board would be responsible for investigating and resolving cases of medical liability.
