This book consists of a collection of short and simplified chapters addressing different aspects of cloning from biomedical and ethical-religious perspectives. It starts with a number of chapters that give background information about the beginning of cloning. It discusses some of the important developments in biomedical technology and singles out cloning as the most significant scientific achievement in this field. It focuses on the ethical and religious objections that are often expressed in discussions related to the consequences of human cloning.
