Abstract

أصدرت هذه الفتوى ردا على سؤال عن الحكم الشرعي في نقل القبور. أجاب الشيخ بعدم جواز نبش القبور المسبلة لدفن الموتى ولا نقل من دفن فيها طالما كانت الأرض موقوفة لدفن الموتى.

Abstract Translated

This fatwa was issued in response to a question about the legal rulings pertained to moving graves. The Sheikh replied with the impermissibility of raking graves assigned to burying the dead, nor transferring whoever was buried in them, so long as the land has been assigned to burying the dead.
